⏰There is a 30 minutes grace period, minutes 31 there’s a $20 late fee, minutes 40 your appointment is cancelled and booking fee will be forfeited
🕰️No extra guests please, an adult MUST remain with a child getting a service at all time.
☎️A successful rescheduling occurs 48 hours (2 days) before your appointment date
📱You can only reschedule to a date that is available on the calendar
☎️One (1) reschedule ONLY is granted. Once utilize a new appointment is required with a new booking fee

✅ Hair is provided with most of our styles please verify that it comes with your style and if it does, please pick a color, an additional $20 will be added for any color that you choose that is not on the list
✅ Wash and dry service is available under wash with a style. If you do not add the service you must come with your hair washed, blown out or stretch with NO oil, leave-in conditioner or any products at all
✅ You may not alter style the date of service
